Our History
Marcus and Marcus have been providing specialist support services for individuals with a Learning Disability, Autism and associated complex needs since 2002.
We have a strong reputation for delivering successful placements and packages of support to the hardest to reach individuals, through tailored and bespoke offers of high-quality specialist accommodation and support.
Based in Enfield, North London, we currently operate primarily across London Boroughs. However, as our reputation for delivering outstanding services with positive outcomes has grown, so too has interest in our work.
We’re now keen to expand the Marcus and Marcus offer, and over the past year have established new relationships in Bedfordshire and Sussex. In 2024, Marcus and Marcus joined the RCI Group, becoming part of its complex care division.
Our services have been shaped through close collaboration with health and social care partners, the people we support, and other key stakeholders. They have been developed in direct response to local needs and identified service gaps. Over the past year, we’ve supported 124 individuals across 68 services. Of those we support, 120 have a diagnosed learning disability, with 82% also living with autism and complex needs. In the last 12 months, we’ve also welcomed 89 new colleagues to the Marcus and Marcus team.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and additional complex needs. We are dedicated to empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives through meaningful activities, relationships, and opportunities for growth. We support each person to develop independence, improve their mental and physical well-being, and play an active, valued role in their local communities. Our team provides personalised care tailored to each individual’s unique needs, creating inclusive environments where people can thrive, build social connections, and live the life they choose.
