Independence, Security and Genuine Choice

Adults supported by Marcus and Marcus hold their own tenancy or licence with an independent landlord, giving them full legal rights and security of tenure. Support focuses on outcomes, progression, and independence – not dependency.

Delivering Support That Meets Best Practice

We work to best practice embedding the REACH Standards and Real Tenancy Test across our Supported Living services to ensure genuine choice, inclusion, and control.

Aligned With the CQC Framework

Our approach reflects the Care Quality Commission ‘Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture’ framework. In 2023, the CQC recognised that people we support “have maximum choice and control of their lives” and that staff “maintain exceptional focus on people’s strengths and promote what they can do.” Housing and Partnerships Our housing model ensures every person has a safe, stable home where they can live independently with the right level of support.

Housing and Partnerships

We take a structured and collaborative approach to developing new services, partnering exclusively with independent landlords, registered providers, and specialist housing associations that share our values and commitment to quality.

Quality, Safety and Ongoing Compliance

All properties are reviewed against statutory health and safety and Council Supported Living Accommodation Standards before any tenancy begins, with regular compliance, performance, and maintenance reviews to uphold standards.

Winterton

Detached house converted into four self-contained flats, each with private bedrooms, living/activity spaces, and bathrooms.

Culloden Road

A 4-bedroom supported living home in Enfield, providing 24-hour 1:1 support for two individuals in a warm and sociable environment.

Old Park Ridings

This is a 24-hour shared tenancy service. It supports five service users at 12 Old Park Ridings.
