Accommodation

  • Detached house converted into four self-contained flats, each with private bedrooms, living/activity spaces, and bathrooms.
  • Communal areas: kitchen, toilet, laundry rooms.
  • Large garden with jacuzzi, firepit, swings, trampoline, and vegetable patch.

  • Transport: 11 min walk to Turkey Street Overground, 10 min drive to Enfield Lock station.
  • Amenities: 16 min walk/5 min drive to Budgens supermarket (24 hours).
  • Healthcare: 8 min drive to Freezywater Primary Care Centre.
  • Community: 2 min walk to Myddelton House Gardens.

Autism, Severe Learning Disability, Learning Disability,  Bipolar Disorder, Tourette’s, Gastro-oesophageal reflux, ADHD, Anxiety, PICA.

Suitability

  • Individuals with complex needs who benefit from both independent space and shared environments.
  • Those who gain from social interaction with peers.
  • Not suitable for people with low-level support needs or higher independence.
