About us
Marcus and Marcus are based in Enfield, North London, we have grown from operating primarily across the
London Boroughs to developing a broader regional presence. As our reputation for delivering high-quality support with positive outcomes has continued to build, so too has demand for our services. In 2025, we opened new services in Sussex and Bedfordshire, and are continuously exploring opportunities to open new services beyond these areas too. Our services are always developed in direct response to local needs and identified service gaps.
Our approach combines safe, high-quality housing with flexible, person-centred support, empowering individuals to live independently, participate fully in their communities, and tackle health inequalities.
We currently we currently support 125 individuals across 68 services. Of the people we support, 120 have a diagnosed
learning disability, with 82% also living with autism and complex needs. Marcus and
