About Us

Specialist support built from over two decades of experience. Since 2002, we have supported autistic and neurodiverse people and individuals with a learning disability to live fulfilling, independent lives, evidenced in our CQC Outstanding rating and advanced accreditation with the National Autistic Society.

Twenty years of bespoke, specialist support

Founded in Enfield, North London, Marcus and Marcus started as a specialist supported living provider working across the London Boroughs. Over 20+ years, we have built a reputation for delivering successful placements and packages of support to the hardest-to-reach individuals.

Our growth is rooted in strong, collaborative relationships with health and social care partners, the people we support, and wider stakeholders. Our services are always developed in direct response to local needs and identified service gaps.

In 2026, we opened new services in Sussex and Bedfordshire, and are continuously exploring opportunities beyond these areas.
