Partners
Partners are part of our story
This is just a selection of the partners we work with at Marcus & Marcus.
Where we work
A growing regional footprint
We currently support 125 individuals across 73 locations, with a strong presence across North London and a growing footprint in Sussex and Bedfordshire.
Building on our established London base, we have planned developments in Milton Keynes and neighbouring counties.
Our ambition is to extend our impact nationally, working alongside commissioners and stakeholders to develop responsive, community-based services that enable more people to live independently in their own homes.
Housing & partnerships
A clear separation of housing and care
Marcus and Marcus work in partnership with a range of registered providers, specialist housing associations and independent landlords to ensure a clear and robust separation between housing and care. People we support hold their own tenancy or licence directly with the landlord, giving them full legal rights, choice and security of tenure in line with supported living best practice.
We embed the REACH Standards and the Real Tenancy Test across all provision to ensure people experience genuine homes, not care settings, with flexibility over who supports them and how.
We have a dedicated housing team who oversees property sourcing, mobilisation and ongoing standards across our portfolio. This dedicated function works closely with our partners to design, review and maintain homes that are fit for purpose and aligned to supported living best practice.
We work with trusted housing partners who share our commitment to quality, ensuring all properties provide safe, stable and appropriate living environments. Prior to any tenancy commencing, each property is reviewed against all relevant statutory health and safety requirements and Accommodation Standards. Ongoing compliance, maintenance and performance monitoring ensures homes continue to meet expected standards and deliver high-quality supported living environments
