Positive Behaviour Support
Our PBS team oversee our Positive Behaviour Practice and focus on understanding behaviour, improving quality of life, and reducing distress through proactive strategies, environmental adjustments, and consistent support, rather than restrictive or punitive responses. We use Positive Behaviour Support to build skills through consistent, compassionate support that improves quality of life and enables positive, meaningful outcomes.

We recognise the vital role families and carers play and actively involve them as partners in support.
We host partnership events every six months as part of our ongoing approach to engagement and co-production. Our most recent event was attended by 37 families and carers, with feedback demonstrating strong confidence in our services.
