Who we are

Marcus and Marcus have been providing award-winning specialist support services for individuals with a learning disability, autism and associated complex needs since 2002.

Based in Enfield, North London, we’ve grown from operating primarily across the London Boroughs to developing a broader regional presence — opening new services in Sussex and Bedfordshire in 2026, with more in development.

We currently support 126 individuals across 73 services. Of the people we support, 120 have a diagnosed learning disability, with 82% also living with autism and complex needs. Our personalised approach recognises each person’s unique needs, aspirations and strengths.
