✨ A proud moment for Marcus & Marcus Ltd at the Stars of Social Care Awards! We are thrilled to celebrate Corina Croitoru, who was announced as winner of the Joy Maker Award. A truly well-deserved achievement for someone who has dedicated 13 years to supporting autistic adults and individuals with learning disabilities. As a Team Leader, Corina leads with genuine compassion, warmth and unwavering commitment. This recognition is a reflection of the respect and appreciation she has earned from families, colleagues and the people she supports.

We are also so proud of Erin Jesudasan and Ewa Duman, finalists in the Learning and Development category.

Together, they lead the learning and development of nearly 600 employees, instilling a culture of continuous growth and excellence. Their passion for learning and impact of their work is seen across the organisation every day.
